We offer three packages for sponsors described in detail below.

Exhibitors are invited to all conference events.

Bronze sponsorship package:

• Exposition of an advertising board (banner) on the main stage in the conference hall
• Company logo in conference materials
• Company logo on the conference website
• Advertising materials for the conference participants in the form of USB sticks, pens or leaflets (requires consultation with the conference’s organizers)

Price: 1000 PLN + VAT/ 230 EUR + VAT

Silver sponsorship package:

• Exposition table (size: 120cm x 160cm) and chairs at your disposal in the coffee break and lunch room
• Roll-up banner in the main hall or next to your exposition
• Exposition of an advertising board (banner) on the main stage in the conference hall.
• Company logo added to the conference materials
• Company logo placed on the conference website
• Advertising materials for the conference participants in the form of USB sticks, pens or leaflets (requires consultation with the conference’s organizers)
• Exhibitors are invited to all conference events (lectures, coffee breaks, lunch, banquet))

Price:

• One person: 2000 PLN + VAT/470 EUR + VAT
• Every next person: 650 PLN + VAT/150 EUR + VAT

Gold sponsorship package:

• 10 Minute long company presentation in the form of a lecture during a chosen session
• Priority placement choice of exposition table (size: 120cm x 160cm) and chairs or a different form of exhibition (requires consultation with the conference’s organizers) at your disposal in the coffee break and lunch room
• Display of soundless advertisement in the coffee break room
• One page advertisement placed in the book of abstract
• Roll-up banner in the main hall or next to your exposition
• Exposition of an advertising board (banner) on the main stage in the conference hall
• Company logo added to the conference materials
• Company logo placed on the conference website
• Advertising materials for the conference participants in the form of USB sticks, pens or leaflets (after mutual agreement with the conference organizers)
• Exhibitors are invited to all conference events (lectures, coffee breaks, lunch, banquet)
